In times of difficulty it is important to be able to reflect in order to achieve awareness and transformation. Through colour and form, feelings and thoughts find the space to come through and offer insights to your situation.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective and joy that you once had in your life.
We employ a combination of talk therapy, art and play therapy, exploring the sensitive themes that may have contributed to these emotions. Through a program of artistic exercises, you'll be given the opportunity to self-reflect and understand the underlying causes. By doing this we'll empower you to face and resolve the problem at its very core.
